Tell us the document and the project stage, and we will send the matching pack within the working days stated above.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Questions buyers ask before a project

Short answers to the questions that come up most often in technical evaluation.

A cryogenic air separation unit is an industrial system that separates atmospheric air into oxygen, nitrogen and argon through low-temperature distillation. Air is compressed, purified and cooled until it liquefies, then separated in distillation columns where each gas is extracted at its own boiling temperature.

Steel and metallurgy, chemical and coal chemical complexes, petrochemical and refinery sites, oil & gas and LNG projects, semiconductor and electronics manufacturing, photovoltaic and battery production, medical oxygen supply and the energy sector.

Yes. We can supply equipment with erection supervision, execute the air separation scope as turnkey EPC with one point of responsibility, or install and operate the plant on site and sell gas under a long-term agreement. The scope covers process design, manufacture, inspection and testing, shipment, installation, commissioning and operator training.

Send us the gas type (O₂ / N₂ / Ar / LNG), the required flow in Nm³/h, purity, discharge pressure, whether liquid product and storage are needed, plus the site country and conditions. A finished specification is not required to start — technical answers and a budgetary figure are returned within 24 hours.

MANUFACTURING & QUALITY CONTROL

Fabricated, inspected and tested in our own workshop

Cold boxes, molecular sieve purifiers and pressure vessels are built and tested in our workshop in Binhai County, Yancheng — 15,200 m² of production area including a 2,500 m² pressure vessel fabrication shop.

01

Workshop assembly

Cold boxes and purifier skids are assembled and function-tested before shipment, so instrumentation, valves and control logic are verified while the equipment is still accessible.

02

Radiographic testing

Critical welds on pressure vessels and piping are examined in our own X-ray room, and the inspection records form part of the documentation package.

03

Testing before dispatch

Dimensional and weld inspection, pressure and leak testing, electrical and instrument loop checks and control logic verification.

04

Documentation at handover

Material certificates, weld and inspection records, test reports, operating and maintenance manuals and as-built drawings.

QUALIFICATIONS & COMPLIANCE

Licences, standards and documentation

Equipment for cryogenic gas plants is pressure equipment, and buyers audit the documentation as closely as the hardware.

Special equipment manufacturing licence

Held — People's Republic of China (pressure vessels)

Radiographic testing (NDT)

In-house X-ray room for vessel and pipe work

Design codes

GB 16912 (oxygen safety), GB 50030 (oxygen station design), IEC 61511 practice for the safety layer

International certification

ASME / PED certification route available on request

Technology cooperation

Institute of Process Engineering, Chinese Academy of Sciences; Tsinghua University; Tianjin University; Yancheng Institute of Technology; Qingdao University of Science and Technology

Quality documentation

Material certificates, weld and inspection records, performance test reports

Certificates are available to qualified customers during technical evaluation. Where a project requires certification to a specific international standard, we confirm the route in writing before contract.
